How to use this
Score a cold email before you send it, so it reads like a person not a pitch
Score each item: 2 = yes, clearly, 1 = sort of, weak, 0 = no. Be ruthless. If you have to argue for the point, it is not a 2. You only get one first send to a person, and a bad one teaches them to ignore your name forever. A checklist is cheap insurance against the reflexes that kill cold email: making it about you, sounding like a template, asking for the meeting before you have earned the reply. Score it honestly and you send fewer emails that work harder, instead of more that get ignored.
